On May 12, 2023, Ningbo Jiebao Vibration Control System, part of Ningbo Jiebao Group, kicked off an in-house training about Rubber ABC and JIEBAO RUBBER MIXING PROCESS INTRODUCTION. The training is chaired by Mr. Zhu Jianghua , an experienced rubber formula manager of the company.

Mr. Zhu first introduced some basic knowledge of rubber and mixed rubber in particular. He also showed some popular processing machines for the mixing. Last but not least, Jiebao Group rubbe mixing process is highlighted with the aim for a better understanding about how a rubber part is made.

Rubber, as claims by Mr Zhu, has played a critical role in our daily life. It is one of the Top 3 synthetic material along with fiber and plastics. However, it is the only one polymers featured with high flexibility and elasticity.
