Ningbo Nexlink Polymers Co., Ltd-subsidary of Ningbo Jiebao Group Co., Ltd attended the 15th Vehicle Seal Strip Industry Development and Innovation Technology Forum & Exhibition with positive results from March 23 to 24.

The forum and exhibition was held in Qinghe County , with about 270 reprensentatives from around 50+ car makers and weather sealing chain enterprises respectively. By effectively promoting Qinghe brands, it serves as a platform between the enterprises in the county and car makers. Qinghe industry chain will be more famous in the indstry. By "Coming in" mechanism, i.e attracting more enterprises to develop in the county and guide the country in transforming from the past machining to innovative manufacturing, it is expected to build a long list of famous brands in China. This is their "Going out" policy.

Ningbo Nexlinks attended the forum and its exhibition as one of the uprising TPV material suppliers for the automotive industry. With the help of in-depth communication with experts and potential customers present , the name Nexlink is better unknown by the attendents.

Ninbo Nexlink was founded in 2016 by Ningbo Jiebao Group. Thanks to its import of proven TPV formula and processing techniques from USA, it distinugishes itself from other competitors by its tailored TPV solutions.

Nexlink TPV is cured with phonolic resin with dynamic full-linkage. The parts made of such TPV are known for their stable performance. The one-pass processing adopted is more effective than the double -processing mode. It is automotive controlled with 10 loss-in-weight feeders inhouse. The underwater pellitizing system results in smooth and even shapes of granulates and easier in the following processings. The drying bins ensure the proper humidty and odor-free finished product to our customers.

Currently, Nexlink business scope includes high-performance series TPV, injection molding TPV, blow molding TPV and extrusion TPV. The material is widely applied in the vehicle weather strips, weathersealings, interior and exterior trims, to name just a few.
