2. 3 years and above of experience of automobile parts industry;

3. Familiar with the processes of project management and able to deal with issues in the course of the project management;

4. Experience with mounts preferable;

5. Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality management system and APQP, FMEA in particular. Familiar with the working process of such car makers as VW and GM.Experienced with the rubber industry preferable.

6. Familiar with the process requirements of rubber part manufacture. Knowledge about the design process of automobile rubber parts necessary.

5. CET-4 and/or above;

6. Hardworking, open to knowledge and teamwork spirit;

7. Excellent university graduate acceptable;

5. Excellent graduates acceptable.
